Today’s guest is Brad Stevens, Founder and CEO at Outsource Access. Brad shares with Sarah the challenges he has faced growing his business and the successful outcome he has gotten by helping others. Brad explains how you can properly interview potential employees and how to help them get in the right seat. Brad gives tips on how you can better your business by taking it one step at a time.
